Position Summary
O'Leary & Anick is experiencing rapid growth and seeks an exceptional CFO to lead our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) division. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with clients to drive their financial strategy and operations. Our CAAS services provide businesses with a collaborative approach to managing risk, optimizing performance, meeting deadlines, and ensuring they have the right personnel to support their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead as the CFO within the client's accounting services team, providing strategic financial guidance and oversight.
- Identify and implement industry best practices to drive value for clients, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to establish financial policies and actively contribute to the development of long-term strategic goals.
- Lead and drive capital planning initiatives, risk management, KPI analysis, and interactions with board of directors.
- Oversee the financial administration, planning, and budgeting processes, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Manage long-term budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Track and present operational metrics, ensuring the client's financial performance aligns with objectives.
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with industry standards. Monitor fund utilization to maintain financial integrity.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of financial accounting functions.
- Lead and coordinate audit activities, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Effectively manage multiple client engagements, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming an integral member of their management teams.
- Cultivate a robust network of external business contacts and establish yourself as a thought leader within your service and industry.
- Resource internal staff of the firm as technical and client specific questions arise.
