About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Air Quality Project Manager to lead the Air Quality Team. This role involves managing diverse air quality and permitting compliance projects across market sectors, including oil and gas, commercial / industrial, transportation, and government. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee air quality projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget while fostering client relationships.
- Develop and review air permit applications for federal and state agencies, including emissions inventories.
- Conduct state and federal regulatory reviews and apply regulations to client-specific scenarios.
- Handle compliance recordkeeping and reporting based on permit conditions.
- Perform greenhouse gas and state inventory reporting.
- Mentor entry-level air quality staff pursuing project management roles.
- Support proposal development and client marketing efforts.
