Technical Leadership :
Manage multi-disciplinary projects involving landscape architecture, wetland mitigation, and ecological restoration .Oversee schematic design, site planning, and construction documentation (grading, erosion control, planting plans).Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and public engagement strategies.Develop graphics, visualizations, and reports to support project presentations.Conduct site assessments, permitting, and compliance reviews.Maintain QA / QC standards for technical documents.Business Development :
Cultivate and maintain client relationships to expand landscape architecture services.Develop marketing strategies, proposal scopes, and project fees .Collaborate with internal teams to integrate landscape architecture with environmental, sustainability, and engineering services.Support networking efforts across federal, utility, energy, and transportation markets .Qualifications
Registered Landscape Architect in Colorado (or eligible for certification within 4 months).Expertise in AutoCAD , Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.Strong graphic communication and technical writing skills .Knowledge of native plants, wetland restoration, and ecological design principles.Familiarity with environmental regulations (Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, NEPA).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.How to Apply
