About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Principal Tunnel Engineering Leader to spearhead our Tri-State operations. This is a strategic leadership role where you will manage regional business operations, drive project success, and serve as a key representative of our firm in the tunneling and underground engineering community.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical excellence, fostering client relationships, and expanding our business footprint, while working directly with the CEO to shape the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of tunneling projects, including design, consulting, and construction-phase activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers, ensuring the highest technical standards.
• Manage the financial performance of the Tri-State operations, including business development and project profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and public agencies.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and professional forums.

Required Qualifications:

• A proven track record in tunnel engineering, with significant experience in both consulting and construction.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in business development and operational leadership.
• Extensive network within the tunneling and underground engineering sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
