Our client is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Archaeologist to join their dynamic and growing team. This purpose-driven, employee-owned company is a leader in environmental consulting and cultural resource management.
About the Role
As a key member of the archaeological team, you'll :
- Lead cultural resource surveys (Class I, II, and III)
- Prepare National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility recommendations
- Conduct field audits, artifact analysis, and technical reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal and state preservation laws (Section 106, ARPA, NEPA)
- Manage field crews and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
