We are seeking a Senior Geostructural Engineer to lead design efforts and drive innovation in underground, foundation, and structural engineering projects. You'll be exposed to hard technical problems that need your expertise to be solved. From waterfront work to bridge foundations, from tunneling to shallow foundations in swampy areas, this is the role of someone motivated by challenge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and analysis of geostructural projects, including excavation support systems, retaining walls, foundations, slope stabilization, and ground improvement techniques.
• Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, budget control, and adherence to deadlines .
• Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Engage in business development, building and maintaining client relationships to secure new project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors, public agencies, and design consultants.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, proposals, and technical specifications.
• Utilize advanced numerical modeling and geostructural analysis tools to develop innovative solutions.
