Position Overview

We are looking for engineers with experience in site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management to support a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and land development projects. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of project execution, from design to permitting and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local and state requirements
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Support business growth by mentoring junior engineers and assisting with project proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in site/civil engineering (entry-level candidates will be considered for junior roles)
• Knowledge of local permitting processes in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Locations & Salary

• Multiple offices across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
• Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $150,000
