This leadership role will be critical in overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring successful execution, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Design Review and Approval: Review and approve MEP design proposals, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise MEP staff and ensure that construction adheres to approved plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Engineering Design and Analysis: Provide technical expertise in MEP disciplines and perform complex engineering analysis to validate design concepts.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure high-quality MEP design.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and recommend cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Client Communication and Business Development: Maintain client relationships, provide updates, and participate in business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• Advanced certifications a plus (e.g., LEED, CEM, PMP).
• 12 years of experience managing MEP projects in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial or institutional buildings.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MEP design software and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple complex projects.
