Day Porter

Position Title: Day Porter

Position Status: Part-Time, Temporary, Non-Exempt

(Potential opportunity for permanent placement)

Position Pay: $18.00- $20.00 Per/Hr. DOE

The Day Porter is a Part-Time, temporary, position Monday through Friday, 7am-12pm in Spokane, WA.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain Cleanliness-

· Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and carpets.

· Cleaning glass doors, windows, and elevator surfaces.

· Emptying trash and recycling bins.

· Restocking supplies in restrooms.

· Cleaning restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.

Basic Maintenance-

· Changing lightbulbs.

· Spot-mop floors and place caution signs.

· Performing small repairs as needed.

· Painting

Other Duties-

· Maintaining the appearance of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways.

· Cleaning up spills and messes promptly.

· Assisting with event setup and cleanup.

· Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
