Responsible for providing a memorable gaming experience for top tier rated guests through great service and marketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- With relationship to job duties and job responsibilities; ensures compliance with the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and The Point Casino Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for executing requests from Top Tier Guests, communicate with Top Tier guests in person and through various communication channels including telemarketing, email and SMS.
- Works closely with Player Loyalty Manager and the Players Club, assists on promotions, events and guests requests. Creates Player Club accounts for new players, issues PIN Numbers, assists with transactions.
- Works with department manager on executing VIP and Top Tier events and functions.
- Evaluates guests in Top Tier for benefits, monitor play and be proactive in contacting guests.
- Works with other property departments on Top Tier Guest benefits.
- Utilize Players Club data to better manage Top Tier relationships.
- Attend off property seminars, trade shows, events as needed.
- Serves as Ambassador, providing positive image of property.
- Creates and updates account information for guests.
- Signs necessary keys in and out for assigned shifts.
- Executes marketing events, programs at the direction of department manager.
- Oversees Top Tier guests, organizing player lists in Excel and in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems from guests.
- Responsibilities can include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
