Position Overview : As the Lead Bartender, you'll oversee the bar operations during the night shift, ensuring that guests receive top-quality service and experience. You will be responsible for managing the bar staff, maintaining the bar area, creating signature cocktails, and fostering a positive atmosphere. You will also work closely with management to ensure the bar is fully stocked and meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations during the night shift.
- Provide excellent guest service by creating and serving drinks that exceed guest expectations.
