What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Supervisor position at Noo-Kayet Development Corporation?
Assures that all phases of security are adequate throughout the facility and reporting of such to The Security Manager on a regular basis. Maintains close and personal supervision of employees. Observes patrons and employees participating in gambling activities to detect infractions of house rules by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.With relationship to job duties and job responsibilities; Ensures compliance with the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and The Point Casino Policies and Procedures.
2.Supervises activities of security force.
3.Provides physical security with assistance of security force.
4.Represents Company and its property to assure that all casino regulations are adhered to.
5.Security functions, to include monitoring alarm testing and reporting of disorder on premises.
6.Conducts on-the-job training of new security personnel.
7.Has input to the performance evaluation process for security officers.
8.Enforces Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe regulatory laws and requirements.
9.Maintains constant vigilance to ensure the safety of patrons and employees and company property.
10.May transfer monies, chips, and documentation within the casino.
11.May be responsible for card and dice destruction.
12.Authorized to use keys and has access to highly sensitive and restricted areas.
13.Promotes positive public relations.
14.May escort Casino personnel with cash to the Cage drops.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1.High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
2.Previous security experience required.
3.Class III gaming license issued by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.
4.May be required to provide proof of valid Washington State driver's license.
5.Minimum 2-3 years Casino security preferred.
