About the Role:
Noor Holdings is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Operations Assistant who can help
to support the daily functions of the Company. The right candidate will report directly to the Managing
Director. This role is critical to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company and will
require a highly motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment. The role would require partial office work, and partial field work of a business nature.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Communicate daily with the Managing Director to build, run, and grow the company
• Identify new business lines and clients and source new ones
• Manage Calendars, meetings/online meetings, and coordinate travel
• Property identification
• Identify and engage clients
• Identify and engage vendors
• Manage service schedules
• Interaction with vendors, employees, and service providers
• Supply management
• Communication with vendors, employees, and service providers
• Grant and financial applications and interactions
• HR and administrative record keeping/compliance
• Oversee and administer equipment, supplies, and office management
• Record and track expenses
• Any other tasks/duties required to continue the growth of the business
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to pick up tools and technologies quickly
• Ability to follow directions and apply logic
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and be self-driven
• Detail-oriented with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in any circumstance
• Proactive, Responsible, and problem-solving mentality with strong common sense
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Candidate must be able to drive and possess a current, valid US driving license
• Candidate must live in the greater Indianapolis region or be willing to relocate – this is not an
online role
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience
• Experience with multiple facets of growing a young business
• Research skills to enable the team to stay current in the industry and develop/maintain best
practices.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role or demonstrated possession of necessary skills
