· A minimum of five years experience in a senior management role overseeing operations. Previous law firm experience is preferred but candidates coming from other areas, particularly professional services, are encouraged to apply.
· Superior communication and management skills. Though these traits are difficult to describe properly, the selected candidate will be someone all staff revere and feel lucky to work for.
· Smart. Self-starting. Exceptional leadership skills coupled with the humility required to follow the direction of the firm’s management team. The perfect person will recognize the balance required to operate this way.
· An entrepreneurial spirit. Although law firms tend to be conservative in their operations, this particular law firm has grown consistently as a result of its willingness to expand its practice geographically and substantively as times change.
