Ensure appropriate orientation, credentialing, and ongoing professional development for staff. Oversee departmental needs, plan interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness. Facilitate project management, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Maintain compliance with The Joint Commission requirements.

Pay range and compensation package - $115,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience).
