SUMMARY:
Large law firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will work closely with the Director of HR to handle the following areas: onboarding, engagement, employee relations, employee retention, new hire experience, performance, training & development, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will also recruit for all open non-exempt positions, as well as select exempt positions, and may work on special projects and other.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of Business Services non-exempt positions and some select exempt positions
- Support employee relations activity, including conducting new hire check-ins and exit interviews
- Working with the HR Assistant, develop and maintain annual HR initiatives and programs calendar. Execute against annual HR priorities and project plan with direction from the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Chief Talent Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor’s degree required.
6-8 years of relevant human resources and hands-on recruiting experience required, including 2 years of managerial experience, with prior legal industry
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Proficient in primary functions in UKG (formerly known as UltiPro) or another enterprise HRIS application (Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
