Noor has partnered with an extremely reputable investment & development firm specializing in large-scale residential communities across the South East. Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Analyst to join their Asset Management team in the Buckhead area with a focus on analysis and portfolio reporting.
As an Asset Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and maintaining their existing portfolio. Your analytical skills and market expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our investment strategies.
*Office located in Buckhead area*
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential investment opportunities across the Southern region with a focus on both value-add and ground-up development deals
- Analyze financial statements, lease agreements, and property performance data to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
- Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses to support acquisition decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting the strengths and risks of each asset in the existing portfolio.
- Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and real estate market developments to provide insights that guide investment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of property data, financial analyses, and market research findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience (post grad) in commercial real estate related role. (investment sales, or general real estate investment experience is fine! Does not need to be asset management)
- Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and analysis, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Most important is the right personality/ culture fit. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary based on your background experience $75,000 - $95,000 bonus
