Position : Project Manager, Multifamily Construction
Location : Oceanside
Salary : $130,000 - $155,000 bonus excellent benefits
Position Summary
As our Project Manager you will support our Sr. PM and Project Executive and help maintain the project schedule, proactively managing the project budget by owning approvals and deliveries, controlling expenses, and reviewing submitted data. You will be part of a team managing a brand new luxury multi-family project in San Diego. You will assist in reviewing development or redevelopment activities, oversee the day-to-day management of assigned construction activities, and manage third party vendors and multiple contractors.
Requirements :
- 10 years' experience in Multi-family construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- Large project experience - 150 to 500 units (75M - 150m).
- Podium / Wrap / Garden Walk Up experience
- OSHA 30 (issued in the last 3 years)
- Must know Procore / MS Project or P6
- Bluebeam experience
- Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, construction procedures, and rough trade work.
