What would you do as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
As the Sr. Human Resource Business Partner at NOOTER in St. Louis, MO, you will report directly to the General Manager and become a pivotal contributor to our HR and talent strategies. This role involves partnering with leadership across various locations (St. Louis, MO, Philadelphia, PA, and California) to align with current and future talent needs, focusing on recruiting, retention, and succession planning. You will be responsible for preparing job analyses, creating comprehensive job descriptions, and developing competitive pay strategies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Your expertise will be critical in reviewing and creating policies that uphold best practices for both union and nonunion workforces. Additionally, you'll serve as the go-to expert for complex HR inquiries, addressing sensitive employee matters such as reasonable accommodations, FMLA administration, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations, fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.
What You Need To Be Successful
To excel as the Sr. Human Resource Business Partner at NOOTER, you will need a BS/BA with a focus on Human Resources or at least 7 years of relevant HR experience. A thorough understanding of HR employment-related laws and regulations, particularly those applicable in California, is essential.
