Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service :

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Warehouse Duties :

    • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently (if applicable and certified).

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service and / or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience with inventory management systems a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
