Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Academy Staff Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in playing and coaching soccer, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to the development of athletes both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance athletes' skills and performance.
- Conduct practices, drills, and skill development sessions.
- Provide individual and team feedback to improve performance.
- Monitor and assess athletes’ progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for all athletes.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive training program.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve coaching techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience in soccer; preferably at the collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of tactics, strategies, and training techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels.
- Professional playing experience a plus.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per year
