What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Designer position at NOR-LEA GENERAL HOSPITAL INC?
Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the hospital district’s internal creative design, as well as design and produce visual communications for both print and digital execution of all creative projects to meet brand guidelines, project objectives and business goals. The position is responsible for working in collaboration with the Business Development & Community Relations Director to lead project design vision, recommend creative design strategy, project creative development, creation and management for graphic materials to be used in advertising and promotion of Nor-Lea.
Manage NLHD brand identity with consistent, creative designs and media productions.
Adapt new design trends that are consistent with our brand identity as time passes and when appropriate.
Grow in and apply skills related to graphic design, photography, videography and sound engineering.
Expands skills in photography and videography to assist in graphic/visual content from marketing department.
Prepares print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.
Prepares drafts of design work and provides samples to editorial or other appropriate staff or departments for review.
