Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the hospital district’s internal creative design, as well as designing and producing visual communications for both print and digital execution of all creative projects to meet brand guidelines, project objectives, and business goals. The position is responsible for working in collaboration with the Business Development & Community Relations Director to lead project design vision, recommend creative design strategy, project creative development, and the creation and management of graphic materials to be used in the advertising and promotion of Nor-Lea.
Manage NLHD brand identity with consistent, creative designs and media productions.
Adapt new design trends that are consistent with our brand identity as time passes and when appropriate.
Grow in and apply skills related to graphic design, photography, videography, and sound engineering.
Expand skills in photography and videography to assist in graphic / visual content from the marketing department.
Prepare print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.
Prepare drafts of design work and provide samples to editorial or other appropriate staff or departments for review.
