## Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Meet set sales quota
- -provide accurate and detailed quotes for services.
- -Assist customers in finding appropriate items for their businesses.
- - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Gather information for screen print and embroidery orders for work orders.
## Requirements
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in an sales administrative role and knowledge of Screen Print and Embroidery services is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- marketing , email and cold calls to create Screen Print and Embroidery sales and meet sales set sales quota.
