Nora Mental Health is opening in Fort Worth, Texas! We are hiring licensed clinicians in the State of Texas.

Nora Mental Health’s medical and billing team assists with credentialing and manages all matters concerning client billing for our therapists. We also manage marketing on behalf of our therapists. Outreach and recruitment opportunities are available and encouraged, though not required. Nora Mental Health therapists mostly focus on providing care to their clients, submitting their documentation on time, and collaborating with their team; all other activities are optional.
If you already have a part-time position elsewhere, this is a fantastic opportunity to expand your caseload and gain new experience. We are also looking for clinicians with an established referral network, but it is not necessary. If you are skilled at networking, this will work in your favor.
Job Description :
This position is responsible for providing effective mental health intervention to assigned clients (children, adolescents, and adults), coordinating with primary care physicians, referrers, insurance carriers or other agencies, completing and maintaining documentation and records.
Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, and in collaboration with clients, determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities. Clients may include children, adolescents, families, adults, elders, and other demographics.
Presents timely treatment plans to electronic medical records software.
Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and / or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed.
Collaborates with payers, referrers, primary care physicians, and community agencies in providing effective treatment to clients.
Completes all necessary documentation within required time parameters for each client. For example : assessments and treatment plans, insurance authorizations, problem-oriented progress notes, and treatment summaries.
Maintains current licensed status and, if applicable, obtains licensure as agreed upon hire. Adapts to new developments in field through continuing education and obtains the required amount of CEUs each year to maintain their licensure status.
Networking competency : assists with outreach to recruit and support potential clients. (Optional)
Requirements / Qualifications :
Master's or Doctorate Degree in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or counseling psychology from an accredited institution recognized by the State of Texas.
Candidates must have a license to practice or be license eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, Ed.D., Psy.D., Ph.D.) and have completed all coursework for licensure.
The desire to be a part of an autonomous, yet collaborative team and motivated to enhance your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Attend Monthly Team meetings or as needed to connect with fellow team members and stay informed about matters pertaining to Nora Mental Health.

Benefits :
Job Type : full-time; in-person, and hybrid.
Pay : Up to $120,000 per year depending upon caseload, job type, position, and experience.
Additional : Candidates may secure CEU funding and medical insurance stipends depending upon meeting specific criteria.
Contractor : Ability to work your own hours, either in-person at the office, or offsite as needed.
