NORA is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our Dispatch team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing customer requests, ensuring smooth communications and efficient routing of each transport. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process transport requests via phone or email, entering details into our dispatch system.
- Develop efficient logistics plans to ensure optimal routing.
- Assign drivers based on resources, availability and client needs.
- Monitor transport progress and provide real-time updates.
- Communicate with professionalism, respect and empathy in every interaction.
