Mitchell is looking for Retail Associates who will be responsible for accurately and efficiently ringing customer’s purchases at the registers.
This assignment is a second shift opportunity.
Successful Candidate Responsibilities will include:
- Perform cashier duties according to established procedures, maintaining accuracy with receipts
- Ensure all cash and credit transactions are handled properly
- Balance cash drawers and receipts at the end of each shift
- Maintain high standards for a clean and sanitary work area by performing general cleaning duties
- Inventory and restock shelves and refrigerators
- Properly rotate inventory
- Set up items for purchase on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate with co-workers, managers and customers
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to show up for work on time for each scheduled shift
