As we expand our operations, we’re looking to partner with skilled subcontractor painting crews to help meet demand and uphold our reputation.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced painting crews to join our network of professional subcontractors. Crews will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting, and rotten wood repair. Our projects range from single-room residential work to commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, including trim, ceilings, walls, and cabinets.
• Rotten wood repair, patching, and sanding to prep areas for painting.
• Pressure washing homes in preparation for exterior painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Communicate with customers and management toward successful project completion.
• Communicate effectively with Norby Painting Management to ensure all work meets specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience.
• Crew leader must have experience managing their own crew while undertaking both small-scale and large-scale projects.
• Ability to complete projects on time and with high-quality results.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Crew must have their own reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must provide own painting tools, equipment, and materials (we supply paint).
• Familiarity with CompanyCam or similar project tracking app is a plus.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English is required.

Requirements:

• One designated crew leader who will serve as the main point of contact.
• Valid general liability insurance and workers’ compensation.
• Ability to pass background check and provide professional references.
• Willingness to display Norby Painting-branded yard signs, vehicle magnets, and apparel during projects.
• Professional, respectful, and reliable – we expect our subcontractors to represent Norby Painting with integrity and courtesy on every job.
