• Plant Experience preferred
• As a team the harvest crew cuts and clears flower rooms
• Harvesting Plants with efficacy 
• Performing multiple harvests, a weekLifting bins up to 30 lbs
• Cutting and Removing plants from trellis netting
• Harvest crew cleans the harvested flower room (Sweep/Mop/Disinfect)
• Harvest crew oversees the drying and curing 
• Prepares the product for processing

• Background in cannabis industry encouraged
• Ability to lift 30 lbs Ability to work on your feet for long hours
• Good communications skills with managers and co-workers
• Meticulous, consistent attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Gives/Receives constructive criticism with an open mind 
• Punctuality is mandatory
• High tolerance to plant allergens
• Five day work weeks that includes weekend shifts
• Hours 7am-3:30/4pm (Occasional Over-time)
• At least 21 years old
