Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
- Monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families for emotional support.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards while working in home care or facility settings.
Requirements:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Clean criminal background check.
✔ Clear driving record.
✔ Must have a reliable car and the ability to drive to the senior client's location.
✔ Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, transferring patients).
✔ Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
✔ Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred (but not required):
➕ Certification in caregiving (CNA, HHA, etc.).
➕ 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
➕ Familiarity with basic healthcare practices.
➕ Willingness to undergo training and continuing education.
