You Will :
- Greets and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information;
- Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule
- Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance
- Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns
- Properly address patient, co-workers or vendors complaints
- Trains new employees when needed

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
