What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Laborer position at NorCal State Builders Inc?
NorCal State Builders Inc is a full service General Construction company with our base in Woodland, focusing on jobs in and around Yolo County, Sacramento County & The Bay Area. We mostly work on residential remodeling with projects ranging from high end to rental properties.
We are looking for two entry level laborers. Your primary job is to follow instructions from a supervisor & learn more about how to do your job. You will be working on various residential & some commercial projects and will be performing a variety of tasks. These tasks include the following but are not limited to:
Laborer Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with leader and teammates
- Preparing materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site
- Loading and unloading material
- Cleaning and preparing a construction site
- Demolition
- Assist craft workers
Requirements and Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to clock in and out on your phone with provided application
- Basic understanding of how a job site operates
- Basic use of power tools
- Ability to follow directions and be a team player
