Job Purpose: Head of PE, Sports, and ECAs
To lead, manage, and organize the Physical Education Faculty. To be an outstanding leader and education practitioner who facilitates students’ learning directly and who inspires, develops, and enables other staff, so that they become the best that they can be. To organize the development of sports and ECAs at all levels across the school.
A Head of PE, Sports, and ECAs (Extra-Curricular Activities) is typically responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of physical education programs, sports initiatives, and extracurricular activities within a school or organization.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree and a teaching qualification
- Suitable and relevant amount of experience in an international school
- Proven record of successful leadership at a middle-level
- A willingness to work as an integral part of a dynamic team
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- A Master's degree in the field
- Experience working in multicultural or international school environments.
- Proven ability to expand and diversify extracurricular offerings.
- Expertise in developing and evaluating PE and ECA curricula.
- Proficiency in coaching multiple sports and training both students and staff.
- Knowledge of ISAMs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
