To strategically lead on Student Experiences for the Region

Engagement and Interaction

Functional & Operational Expertise

Student Events Management

• Strategic oversite of the planning, coordination, and execution of all student events in the region, ensuring high-quality and impactful experiences.
• Assist the designated host school in organizing annual regional events such as the STEAM festival, PA festival, Junior and Global Games.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student participation and engagement in events.
• Strategic oversight of event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
• Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Analyze feedback from students and staff to continuously improve event quality and impact.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders involved in student events.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with event planning and execution, including safeguarding of students.
• Design and implement innovative and engaging event formats to enhance student learning and development.
• Support the Global team with NAE Student opportunities, for example, Tanzania, Switzerland, MIT Student Trips and Juilliard.

Personal Specifications

• 5 years of experience in education program management.
• Bachelor degree in education, business, or relevant field
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
• Demonstrated experience organizing programmes throughout the region and sharing best
• practices
• Ability to contribute to a range of projects running simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
• Highly developed inter-personal skills and a collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to work independently, displaying initiative and creativity.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Able to prioritise, meet targets within deadlines and surpass expectations.
• Strong team player able to put the team’s needs above one’s own when required to do so.
