What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Supervisor position at Nord Gear Corporation?
Responsible for overseeing the order entry/quoting process and providing superior customer service to NORD’s customers in the United States. This role involves supporting the Customer Experience department to meet and exceed customer expectations, and continuously improving efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Supervise employees of the Customer Experience Department, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to retain business and promote growth opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, test new processes and implement changes within the team.
- Provide one-on-one and group training for the Customer Experience Team.
- Review orders and quotes daily for accuracy.
- Support Customer Experience Representatives with difficult customers, orders and quotes.
- Monitor order entry process flow and provide assistance to ensure stability and smooth operations.
- Maintain a professionally presentable and organized office work area.
- Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost-saving programs!
- Other duties as assigned.
