Norden Marketing is looking for a part-time social media manager to join our team!
Currently a team of one with sub-contractors across the globe, Norden is looking for a part-time social media manager who is hungry to learn and eager to make an impact.
Job Description
This person will manage several social media accounts on behalf of Norden including the founder's personal LinkedIn account, podcast accounts (UNHIRED), and company accounts.
They will be responsible for communicating and meeting achievable deadlines, staying accountable in a mostly remote work environment (we will occasionally collaborate in person at Draft in Fountain Square).
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage UNHIRED Podcast Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube accounts
- Work with founder to develop content strategy
- Implement and track content strategy that drives engagement and podcast listenership
- Attend conferences and events with the founder to document and film content
- Edit short-form video
- Keep up with social media trends
- Own creative brainstorming sessions
- Understand and write in brand voice

This role will be paid $25 / hour for up to 60 hours / month.
Opportunity for this role to expand in the future to include working on client projects.
