Nordex is hiring a first shift, Monday-Friday Industrial Maintenance Technician in West Branch, IA. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, installations, repairs, and inspections on industrial equipment.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Job Duties:
- Ensure operation of production machinery and mechanical equipment
- Analyze issues and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and manuals for equipment repair
- Maintain tooling, equipment, inventories, and requests for repair or replacement
- Complete all maintenance documentation
- Perform periodic inspections and verifications for all production equipment
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure lack of downtime
- Engage in effective work planning processes utilizing work orders and effective work plans
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts by providing suggestions to enhance processes and procedures
