As a Plant HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining core industrial safety and hygiene policies, procedures, and systems.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5 years of HSE management experience
- Previous experience with programmatic (compliance & performance) audits/inspections
- Valid passport or willingness to obtain
Job Duties:
- Provide regulatory analysis, advice, and expertise for emerging, proposed, and existing regulations
- Assess reports and data to determine environmental impact and ensure compliance
- Provide support for preparing regulatory reports or other compliance submittals
- Assist with managing (including the screening and selection) contractors
- Conduct audits of the plant to determine compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee regular safety and environmental audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on HSE policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions
