Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and delivery of products, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck or van to transport products to various locations.
- Load and unload materials using a pallet jack or forklift, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Perform installations of products at customer sites, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols while driving and performing installation tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with installations.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for installations.
