Job Title: Warehouse Driver/Worker
Schedule: Sunday – Thurs, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $19.50
Fast-paced transactional printing & mailing company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Driver/Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting materials, finished products, and mailings between our two facilities, vendors, and the post office while assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
The warehouse worker/driver also performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, assisting with inventory control, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
The position follows standard work methods and practices and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Key Responsibilities Driver/Warehouse Operations:
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport printing materials, mailings, and supplies.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Deliver mailings to postal facilities and ensure accurate documentation of shipments.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on schedule and meet company and client requirements.
• Follow all company and DOT (Department of Transportation) safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in general warehouse duties such as packing, sorting, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, production teams, and customers.
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse inventory and perform inventory controls and keep quality standard high.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors, main & offsite facilities, and the post office.
• Safely operate a forklift & reach truck.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Notify manager/supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Stage material into production machinery.
• Prepare shipments for mailing pick-ups, FEDEX and UPS.
• Assure that the daily & weekly driver/warehouse task schedules are completed.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Driver/Worker, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform warehouse tasks as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL may be required depending on vehicle type).
• 3-5 years of experience as a delivery driver and warehouse worker (preferred).
• Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down & standup reach) and pallet jacks (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
