Responsibilities include:
The N&D® Group has adopted a hybrid work model with employees working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Our office headquarters is located in Dedham, MA at a brand-new state of the art facility, recently completed in June 2022. Our employees enjoy the use of a complimentary on-site café, fitness center and free parking.

Description
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a superior client experience via phone and electronic channels for N&D® agents, policyholders, and internal clients
- Attentively listening to caller needs
- Responding to inquiries in a timely, effective, and professional manner
- Completing all tasks and interactions with high quality
- Providing technical support for N&D®'s agency and policyholder portals
- Properly documenting client interactions
- Recording of inquiries, comments, and transactions processed
- Following team Standardized Operating Procedures and contributing to them
- Internally recommending improvements in processes for a better experience for clients
- Primarily specialized in one component within Service Operations (e.g. Policyholder Services (Billing, Claims, MyInsurance/Policyholder Portal), Agency & Underwriting Services (AgentPak® Application Inquiries, Billing, Claims), etc.)
- Taking on related tasks, assignments, and ad hoc projects as required
- At least 1 to 3 years of superior client support experience or transferable customer assistance experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication abilities and a track record of quality work
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in an evolving environment
- Committed to being detail oriented and to providing a quality work product
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to learn and comprehend insurance terminology
