Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable projects that align with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, preparing regular financial reports and forecasts.
  • Sustainability and Community Impact: Promote sustainable building practices and ensure projects positively impact the local community and support minority and women-owned businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Commitment to sustainable construction and community development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
