Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable projects that align with our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD).
