- Provide technical support across the company — this may be in person or over the phone
- Maintain Helpdesk Operations
- Install and support software packages
- Setup and maintain computers, printers and other related hardware
- Maintain network infrastructure
- Assist in systems administration
- Maintain devices on AS/400
- Phone equipment support
- Perform adds, changes, and deletes on electronic door locks
