Inside Sales Coordinator
Our Inside Sales Coordinators are an integral part of our sales team! The Inside Sales Coordinator provides administrative and analytical support to the Inside Sales and Inventory Management teams. You are the bridge between sales and production, making sure that internal and external customers are taken care of in a timely manner!
Here are some things you'll be doing:
- Review sales orders to ensure accurate cost and customer information
- Determine processing requirement and lead times to provide the customer with projected
delivery, manage until order fulfilled. - Enter quotes into internal ERP system with a high level of accuracy
- Develop sales leads using internal marketing strategies and out of the box thinking
- Make outcalls to current and potential customers to increase sales activity
- Coordinate orders with warehouse and sales departments, assist in timely product delivery
- Maintain data in record-keeping systems, create reports and data for analysis as needed
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints by ensuring the issue details are captured
accurately, monitor credits, progress and report on the issues during weekly meetings - Coordinate customer and mill claims, provide status reports during weekly meetings
- Serve as back up to Receiving Clerk and support management and/or other departments with administrative tasks when needed
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Education
- High school diploma or GED required
