Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales team in the Colorado Region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, achieving gross margin and tonnage goals, and implementing strategic marketing plans. The RSM will be based out of the Greeley and Brighton offices, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals, providing clear communication, training, and performance evaluations.
- Travel throughout the region to gather market intelligence, develop customer relationships, and increase market share.
- Prepare and analyze annual budgets and monthly/quarterly reports, making strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions within the sales department, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing strategy development.
