Job Description Primary Purpose:
Responsible for producing necessary documents relating to the movement of rail shipments and the protection of associated revenues.
Principal Duties:
- Responsible for producing necessary documentation relating to the movement of rail shipments and the protection of associated revenues
- Must become familiar with procedures required to produce such documentation
- Troubleshoot customer billing request issues
- Assist customers with billing requests
- Assist internal departments with billing requests
- Assist supervision with the administration of the group including but not limited to training,
- Must perform other duties as assigned
Job-Related Experience:
- Minimum Level: 1-2 years
- Preferred Level: 3-5 years
- Preferred: Public Accounting Experience
Education:
- Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree (BBA)
Qualifications and Skills:
- MS Excel/Spreadsheets
- MS Outlook
- MS Word/Word Processing
- Ability to type 40 Words Per Minute
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Union Membership
You will be required to join the union within 60 days of becoming the Revenue Waybilling Head Clerk and establishing a seniority date.
Assigned Work Hours – This is a paid position; shift hours are subject to change.
Wednesday through Friday 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Please note meal periods may be varied
Scheduled Rest Days Off
Monday through Tuesday
