Norgen Biotek is seeking a bright, positive and outgoing individual to join our team! We are actively seeking dynamic individuals with a Life Science background.
Please Note: A Bachelor's degree in a Post-Secondary Business or Life-Sciences program is required for this role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador between customer and the Norgen team to ensure client satisfaction from the start to finish of projects.
- Prospect potential customers in CLIA Labs, Biological / Pharmaceutical organizations, and Academic institutions.
- Maintain and continue to build relationships with clients after project completion.
- Communicate frequently with clients and the company over the phone or through email during projects.
- Develop quotes, contracts, invoices and reports for each client’s project.
- Coordinate with the Shipping department regarding incoming and outgoing shipments of client’s samples.
- Actively prospect bids and tenders for new government client and contract opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a Life Science program such as Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, etc.
6 months experience in a direct sales environment (B2B Sales preferred).
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience
