Compensation - Expected Base Salary rates for the role will be between $290,000 and $370,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base Salary, if hired, will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include performance pay.

What you will do
- Develop and execute NBIM's North American strategy for unlisted renewable infrastructure investments
- Identify, evaluate, and secure compelling opportunities across solar, wind, storage, and emerging renewable technologies
- Cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships while representing NBIM's interests with partners, developers, and stakeholders
- Serve as an ambassador for the fund in the North American renewable energy ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with global Energy & Infrastructure colleagues and other relevant teams to share market insights and strengthen investment decisions
What You Need
- Advanced degree with exceptional academic credentials
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in direct unlisted infrastructure investments, specifically in renewable energy
- Comprehensive knowledge of North American renewable markets, regulatory environments, and competitive landscape
- Proven track record in transaction origination, execution, and asset management with investment decisions that deliver long-term value
- Exceptional ability to forge strategic partnerships, work effectively across investment teams, and navigate diverse stakeholder relationships
