Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly attitude, providing menus and sharing daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Help clear tables and keep the dining area clean.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper procedures.
- Work with the kitchen to ensure timely orders and accommodate special requests.
- Follow food safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean.
- Manage time well to provide fast and attentive service to all guests.
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety is a bonus.
- Good time management to ensure great service.
