- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to provide seamless service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server in a restaurant, preferably with sushi or Japanese cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sushi and Japanese dishes is a plus (training can be provided).
